Mickey Granot

For more than 30 years Mickey has been practicing management consultancy and management education. Throughout these years he had the opportunity to experience  the challenges top managers are facing in their struggle for improving the performance of the systems they are responsible for, and share the celebrations of success. 

 

Mickey's work is guided by the principles of the Theory Of Constraints (TOC) founded by Dr. Eli Goldratt according to which all goal oriented systems have very few  points that when changed will affect the performance of the system as a whole. 

 

Mickey had the fortune to work closely with and be coached by Dr. Eli Goldratt the founder of the Theory Of Constraints, for more than 15 years. As part of that experience Mickey led Goldratt Group as the CEO. 

 

Mickey played a key role in the development of the body of knowledge, the marketing offerings, the delivery processes and the customer implementations and is recognized as an authority in TOC as well as highly appreciated speaker. Mickey is certified expert in all applications of the Theory of Constraints by the Theory of Constraints International Certification Organization (TOCICO).
