The constant and endless daily handling of challenges and concerns is so time consuming, that managers are left with almost no time "to get the job done". Naturally, our brain is focusing on what is important and "eliminates" the rest. This natural capability is an enormous blessing as it allows focusing, unfortunately at times it also hides incredible opportunities.

• Understand the processes of business evaluation and creation of reality perception

• Explore case studies of defined perceptions of realities of some organizations and the opportunities lost with this view of reality

• Learn how to search for, find and exploit hidden business opportunities
