The measurements that are being used, starting from top management all the way to the last employee, are dictating de-facto, the results the organization is realizing from it's regular activities as well as the improvement efforts. Measurement that incentivizes appropriate behaviors as well as presents a clear picture of reality leads to better decisions, improved results and strengthens the organization, its resilience and sustainability.

  • Learn how to create and implement an effective and well synchronized measurement system
